Pre-event

Two weeks prior to event, conference briefing call with a Nielsonsmith contact point. Opportunity to discuss and address current needs with relevant experts attending. Personal itinerary designed and sent to client. Pre-conference networking encouraged via dedicated LinkedIn and Twitter sites.

At event

Typically registration opens at 8 a.m. You will be met by a Nielsonsmith representative at the registration desk and swiftly taken through the registration process. You may have requested to meet one of our Partner experts in a pre-arranged meeting, this will take place after registration in the Partner’s meeting space.

Throughout the day there will be plenty of opportunities for networking both assisted and pre-arranged. You should discuss these needs prior to the event with your Nielsonsmith contact point.

Most conferences finish at 5 p.m. followed by a networking drinks reception, a time to digest and discuss the day’s presentations with your industry peers.

Post-event

All delegates are encouraged to discuss the conference content via the dedicated networking sites e.g. LinkedIn (set up pre-event) to capitalise on the experience and expertise available within the event community. This aims to keep you updated and informed over the following year.
